A bit about Carmelina's At The Commons
Carmelina’s is located on the historic town common in Hadley. We feature authentic Italian cuisine adding creative touches to feature seasonal specialties.
The atmosphere is relaxed, and we have live music in our main dining room Thursday through Sunday. Our full bar features specialty martinis, top shelf liquor, and over 65 wines by the bottle, and 30 by the glass. We are open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5 to 10pm. A private function room for up to 40 people is available. We also hold special events periodically such as our V1 Vodka Martini Dinner. Take-out service is available.
Our chefs at Carmelina's enjoy adding creative touches to our dishes to feature seasonally and locally available products. Our desserts and sauces feature local cream, much of our produce in spring and summer comes from local farms, and our special events highlight local talent and suppliers.
Hours: Tuesday through Sunday, 5pm to 10pm, Closed Mondays.
