A bit about Gordon School
Gordon's volunteer group, the GCA, prepares lunch twice a week for students and staff. The GCA will be working with Farm Fresh RI this year to bring locally grown to these menus. This is one more step in the GCA's continuing efforts to bring healthy choices to students.
In addition to the nutritional and ecological benefit of eating fresh produce from local farms, this partnership also helps Gordon further strengthen its connections to the communities where students live.
