A bit about Soup
soup is a take-out only all organic, vegan, local soup shop. By local I mean that, as best I can, I use food that we produce here in the pioneer valley and the surrounding hilltown farms. I am dedicated to working with local farmers to help connect people to the abundance and variety of food available in western mass. I work to showcase local farms and be a conduit for connecting people to the csa movement that has seen a groundswell in rcent years.
