We make small batches of ice cream from scratch, using the freshest ingredients from local farms and Fair Trade/Eco Social suppliers where possible. We use ingredients such as vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, or our own handmade caramel, rather than processed flavorings. Batch™ ice cream does not contain any stabilizers like guar gum, carageenan, etc. corn syrup, artificial flavors or colors. This means that you can expect the purest and freshest tasting ice cream.
We make and hand-pack our ice cream in Jamaica Plain, MA.
