A little about Clay Street Greens
Clay Street Greens is growing in a small corner of reclaimed mill space in Central Falls. We focus on hard to find herbs and salad greens grown to micro and baby sizes. These greens provide gorgeous visual accents, distinct flavors, and individually crafted salads.
Benjamin started Clay Street Greens to begin a life transition to farming. He brings years of experience cooking in professional kitchens, working as a landscape architect and promoting urban agriculture to this effort.
Seeds are sourced primarily from Wild Garden Seed, organic breeders and seed growers, started by my aunt and uncle, Karen and Frank Morton.
Please contact me to discuss the potential for other varieties and custom mixes or with any questions about production methods.
