Founded in 2010, Leyden Farm is a 30 acre farm run by Jack and Maureen Leyden. In 2011 Jack & Maureen started a vineyard and winery along with pick your own strawberries, blueberries, pumpkins and Christmas trees. Stop by and enjoy a great bottle of wine.
