A little about Winter Moon Farm
Winter Moon Farm provides premium quality, organic carrots, beets, parsnips, turnips, and radishes from December to March. Winter Moon is also the home of Lynn's Laughing Layers Eggs.

Winter Moon will be carbon neutral by 2015--that is it will consume less carbon in the production of its vegetables than the crops remove from the atmosphere. Local deliveries are made by bicycle. The farm's storage facility consumes minimal electricity and uses no refrigerants.

Produce is available at the Winter Farmer's Markets and the following stores and restaurants: River Valley Coop, Green Fields Market, Serios Market and Cornucopia. Restaurants: Paul & Elizabeths, Bistro Les Gras, Hope and Olive, People's Pint and Siren's Cafe.
