We offer a meat CSA which includes grass fed beef, lamb and pasture raised pork and chicken. Shares start at 10lbs per month, increase in 5lb increments, and run for a duration of 6 months. Our animals are fed no dewormers, antibiotics, steroids, or animal byproducts. Our CSA is rolling admission because we have the animals year round, so are accepting new members every month as long as space is available. A little about Lilac Hedge Farm
Lilac Hedge Farm raises beef, pork, lamb and poultry, using sustainable, natural methods. We use no added growth hormones and steroids, and all of our animals are raised on pasture. Lilac Hedge Farm is owned and operated by two 21 year old young farmers. We take pride in the care and well being of our animals. We breed our flocks for mothering ability, disease resistance and hardiness as compared to most rapid rate of gain. Many of our animals are either heritage breed, or heritage cross-breds. Visit our website for more information on our popular Meat CSA.
