A little about Sweet Birch Farm
NOTE: We will not be selling to the public for the 2012 season. Thanks for your past support and we hope to see you in the future.
We grow specialty and heirloom vegetables and herbs using organic and sustainable growing methods. We use intensive, low-till methods to grow a lot in a small space. We use mostly hand tools, minimizing the use of power equipment, and we collect rainwater for irrigation. We love to grow open pollinated and heirloom varieties which we think are beautiful, great tasting and nutritious.
