A little about Surrey Farms
Surrey Farms is a partnership between local farmers in Brewster spearheaded by Ron Backer. If you attend the Farmer's Markets on Cape Cod, you're probably familiar with Surrey Farms' produce.

A sampling of Surrey Farms' produce includes: spinach, arugula, endives, chicory, leeks,onions, sweet potatoes, fingerling potatoes, morel mushrooms, chanterelle mushrooms, asparagus, eggplant, peaches, currents, gooseberries, salad greens, tomatoes, butterfly bushes, herbs, lavender, squash, pumpkins, spaghetti squash, cucumber, Chinese vegetables, lettuce, collards, Brazilian vegetables, cranberries, eggs, lamb, honey, jam, turkey, garlic, "exotic" vegetables.

Everything is organically and bio-sustainably farmed. The animals are grass-fed with some supplementation with organic feed. No pesticides. Only natural fertilizers and only well-water is used.

Surrey Farms supplies many of the local restaurants with farm products including the Red Pheasant, the Brewster Fish House, and Osteria La Civetta.

Bold foods are in season now according to our Harvest Calendar. Call to find out exact availability. Every farm and every season are unique. Most farms are also residences. Unless Farmstand or Pick Your Own hours are noted, please be respectful and call ahead before going to the farm.
