A little about Urban Farmers Agriculture Academy
The Urban Farmers Agriculture Academy (UFAA) and partners strive to eliminate hunger and increase food security by creating sustainable, local food systems that bridge race, class, and age with a focus on low-income communities within Worcester County, through social change and youth empowerment. UFAA’s provides a better understanding of local food systems and food production by helping youth to understand exactly where their food comes through agriculture literacy.

By buying a CSA share you are also supporting UFAA’s mission of fighting food insecurity and providing nutritious food to low-income families, while providing gainful employment and educational opportunities to at risk Worcester youth. Through your purchase of a CSA share for either yourself or a donation for a food insecure family UFAA can continue to help eliminate hunger, obesity and other preventable diseases.
