A little about Bascom Hollow Farm
Bascom Hollow Farm is a family farm on 160 acres of protected forest and farmland in a secluded valley in Western Massachusetts. Currently transitioning from years of hay production, the farm is producing pastured pork, raw honey from our clover fields and fresh eggs from our barnyard hens. We have started a herd of Devon cattle and expect to have grass fed beef to market by 2014. We plan to eventually market grass fed beef, lamb, and poultry, as well as maple syrup from the Sugar Maples along the river. Our products are available direct from the farm and can be found at Upingill Farm and At Greenfield's Market.
