A little about River Rock Farm
At River Rock Farm, we raise beef cattle and sell all natural, dry-aged beef. We do not use any artificial growth hormones, growth stimulants, or antibiotic feed additives. Our cattle are raised in pastures rather than in feedlots, and have free choice access to hay all year and fresh grass in season. For their last three months we feed a finishing ration of grain which is milled locally and allows us to use the dry aging method making the beef more tender and flavorful. We believe that we raise our livestock in ways that promote their health and well-being, as well as that of our customers. CSA shares are available year round starting any month of your choosing for a 3 month share. The small share is 6-8 lbs of beef/month good for 1-2 people for $265. The large share is 10-12 lbs of beef/month good for 3-5 people for $415. We deliver direct from our farm to your home and we also offer discounts for being a CSA host, as well as a "refer a friend" program where you can receive free beef for your referrals.
