A little about Gilson's (The Herb Lyceum)
The Herb Lyceum at Gilson's Farm is host to dinners every Friday and Saturday nights with meals made fresh by our own Chef, using our own fresh in-season herbs and produce. At our Potager Farm, we grow a variety of fresh produce and herbs. We also have a CSA available (please see website for more details, or contact us)! What sets our CSA apart, is that YOU get to choose what and how much of each or any herbs or produce you want each week. Your membership fee is like a credit with us, and each week we deduct how much you use. The benefits of this set up is that you are more in control with what you get each week (your choice of herbs/produce and the quantity!) and if you go on vacation or host a party you are able to get more or less depending on your needs! We also participate in many farmers markets around the Boston area.
