    Open seasonally on Saturdays. Call for hours.
    Serving traditional roast pork, chicken, and beef with rice and beans, pina colada and much, much more. The roasted meat is seasoned with our old jibaro recipe.
  • Events and Celebrations

    First week of July until 3rd week of August.

    The farm tour usually lasts an hour. We generally charge $3 a person.

    Many typical farm animals in miniature as well as typical animals from the Caribbean.

    Your Share Includes:
    Weekly choice of freshly harvested vegetables (July 1st-September 30th.) Our 2013 harvests includes 3 varieties of beans, 2 varieties of broccoli, 2 varieties of cabbage, 3 varieties of lettuce, 3 varieties of onions, 2 varieties of kale, 2 varieties of peas, 3 varieties of peppers, 2 varieties of potatoes, 2 varieties of radish, 2 varieties of summer squash, beets, carrots, celery, cucumber (slicing and picking), eggplant, kohlrabi, mustard greens, scallions, leeks, sugar pumpkin, spinach, swiss chard, tomato, cherry tomato, turnip, watermelon, winter squash, calabaza, ají dulce and cilantro.
    Up to $30.00/week worth of fresh harvested vegetables for a full share and $15.00/week worth of fresh harvested vegetables for half a share.
    Additional goods offered for shareholders include fresh eggs, strawberries and whole wheat bread baked by the Culinary Arts program at Dean Technical High School.
    Access to the farm for recreational use.
