Our Winter Raw Milk CSA Runs Oct 1st-April 1st. Contact us to get on our waitlist. You choose your pick-up day and amount of milk in half gallon increments. If the CSA sounds like a good choice for you please give us a ring or drop us an email for more information. We are not certified organic, but our management involves a (cow-sized) dash of local grain as a parlor treat, and our cows are pastured and rotationally grazed, and fed a wealth of rich hay in the winter. We're milking just a half a dozen brown cows, mostly jerseys, this season, with really quality butterfat and protein-filled milk for fresh drinking, cheese, yogurt, and butter-making. We hand bottle into half-gallon, returnable glass jars. We also have milk for sale as available, self-serve, in our farm refrigerator. This is clean, wholesome, local raw milk, that is getting lovely customer taste reviews. Hope to see you! |

Our CSA offers customer choice at the farm stand and the farmers market. Pay for your CSA in Spring, and receive a discount on veggies all season long. Our 16 week CSA will include a weekly choice of produce, beginning in June and ending in October. Customers will be able to choose from: radishes, onions, peas, beets, beans, sweet peppers, eggplant, field & heirloom & cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, summer & winter squash, spinach, kale, swiss chard and a variety of salad and braising greens. Pick-up: Tuesdays 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Pick-up is at the farm stand, 137 Beldingville Road in Ashfield. CSA runs from Tuesday June 4th to Tuesday October 15th; a total of 20 weeks. Cost and Sizes: Shares cost $400 for the season. We are offering one size share: a generous 3/4 bushel box, with some bulkier items available outside the box. Most of the share will be pre-packed, but we will offer some items available as free choice too. This should be sufficient to provide enough fresh vegetable for a family of 2-4 for a week. Shares will average at least $20 of produce a week for 20 weeks. | Enterprise Farm
Enterprise Farm offers seasonal and year round farm shares. The Local Season runs from June to November, the East Coast Season from December to May. Members can sign up for a season or the whole year. Pick up is Tuesdays at the farm from 2-6 pm. Northampton residents can have their share delivered by the Pedal People for an addition fee. Shares are also available in the greater Boston area, the North Shore and New Hampshire. Offering a mix of local and east coast grown fruits, citrus and vegetables, the East Coast Share is a great way to support a local farm all year. Members will receive local storage crops (potatoes, apples, onions, carrots, rutabagas, beets, ect.) as well as greenhouse grown salad mixes, greens, and herbs. Complementary to the local produce, we work with organic farms from PEI, Canada to southern Florida to round out the shares with tree-ripened citrus, avocados, green beans, peppers, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, fresh lettuce and cooking greens, eggplant, zucchini, herbs and more. Enterprise Farm grows 80 acres of certified organic vegetables. In addition to the mix grown on the farm, members will receive additional items from partner farms in the neighborhood to round out the selection. What is CSA?
Community Supported Agriculture, often shortened to CSA, is a prepaid subscription to a farm's produce for the season. Most CSAs give shareholders a weekly supply of veggies, herbs, fruits and sometimes even eggs and meat. You know it's fresh and you get to meet the farm and people who grew your food! The prepaid CSA arrangements also makes it a source of financial security for the farmer. Some CSAs also incorporate farm workdays for shareholders.
